IDFRAud is an ANR research project (ANR-14-CE28-0012) in the program (DS0901) 2014.

The core idea of the IDFRAud project is to provide an automatic verification system for identity documents in order to replace manual verification processes. The goal is to allow a large­scale  deployment of ID verification solutions and an automatic fraud profiling and forensic link detection. The system must handle documents issued from a large set of countries and execute specific controls according to the ID model (type, country, generation, etc).
